The aim of the study is to evaluate therapeutic value phytoconstituents whole plant, Nepeta distans. methanol contains four known compounds, namely, oleanolic acid, ursolic β-sitosterol, stigmasterol. structures these compounds were confirmed with help NMR mass spectrometry by comparison available literature compounds. phytochemical analysis test presence alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins, glycosides, fats, proteins, phytosterols. antimicrobial activities carried out agar well diffusion method. Both chloroform fraction showed significant activities.
